Refund Policy
Experiences and workshops
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled date receive a full refund of the deposit. Within 7 days the deposit may be applied to a rescheduled date, subject to artist availability.
Commissions and murals
Deposits cover artist commitment, materials and production planning and are non-refundable once production has been scheduled. Remaining balances follow the milestones in the signed proposal.
Editions and original works
Original works and editions are sold as final. Damage in transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
Weather and force majeure
Outdoor sessions affected by weather or other events beyond our control are rescheduled at no additional cost.
